Returns
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items are not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference after delivery.
- Orders delivered outside the UAE are not eligible for return or exchange.
- To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Damaged items are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.
- Please provide your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item to help us process your request promptly.
